Edward Marashlian, MAI
With over 25 years of experience, Ed has completed appraisals of various types of income and non-income producing real estate. He has also provided a variety of consultation services and litigation support. He holds a NJ State Certified General Appraiser’s license and NJ Certified Tax Assessors license.
Ed received his Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University and over subsequent years has successfully completed qualifying education and continuing professional education.
In 2001, Ed was awarded the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute, Chicago Illinois. The Appraisal Institute is a global association of real estate appraisers, with nearly 23,000 valuation professionals in almost 60 countries throughout the world.
Ed is a firm believer in volunteerism and has been actively involved with the Metro New Jersey Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. He has served on a variety of committees, the Board of Directors, and was most recently Chapter President in 2012.
